Dive deep into the underground

Hi there!

I’m designing a print for a wall tile. I got my inspiration from roots and soil. I wanted to dive deep into the underground and see what time has hidden beneath.

In this project I wanted to study abstract shapes and textures of nature, such as mold and moss, and of course develop my visual expression. Here’s some of my sketches:
